Icona - Rule Based Tagging System

The Icona Rule-Based Tagging System provides a mechanism for attaching rules to digital assets, including cosmetics, avatar parts, and virtual worlds. Rules can be defined at the user level, the cosmetic level, or the world level. IP owners and world creators configure which items are permitted in their environment and under what conditions, retaining control over how their creations are used. The system is designed to work alongside the Universal Avatar System and Subdivision System, acting as the layer that enforces compatibility and usage permissions across the Icona ecosystem.
